Daniel de Vries - Director
Daniel has extensive experience in
tourism and hospitality, most recently with Marriot
Hotel Group. Daniel has a degree in Business (Tourism
and Hospitality) completed at the University of SA and
Management Qualifications from the prestigious Swiss
International College of Hotel Management. Daniel is
also highly competent in areas of Information Technology.
His experience working with Hotels and Convention Centres
is an asset to the business.

Adam de Vries - Director
Adam has a Bachelor of Arts (Television
and Video Production) and extensive experience in the
Television Production Industry. He has completed freelance
work on locations including Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne
and most recently on the Gold Coast. He is experienced
as a professional Radio and Voice Over Announcer, Theatrical
director, writer, performer, stage management, freelance
camera operator, and festival co-ordinator.

Brett Moloney - Director
Brett owned and operated Absolute AV
Rentals since 1990 before joining forces with Adam and
Daniel during 2002. Brett specialises in the area of
AV hire and sales, offering his extensive knowledge
to the Blue Shadow Group customer base. Being very meticulous
in his work, Brett gets the job done.

Ray Pallesen - Video Production and Post
Production
Ray has over 30 years experience in the area
of Video Production, including working for highly regarded
Video Production companies and running his own business in
New Zealand. Areas of expertise include Camera work, post
production and specific training.
